Logan was amazing in helping me setup a workout plan and even gave me tips on adjusting my diet. In just a few weeks I can definitely see great improvements and progress towards my goals. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I recently started back at the gym and started working out at Texas Health and Wellness Center of Prosper. They were doing a weight loss challenge and it was motivating and fun. With the guidance of the trainers and class instructors I lost 17lbs. and 11 inches. The classes are all included in the cost of your membership. Spin, Yoga, Barre, Zumba strong and more.
